
Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Account Managers, Customer Service, and Development teams to provide consultancy and support for our business applications used by partners and resellers. You will analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in software development, software engineering, or application support, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Proven experience in Customer Service, specifically performing L2 application support.
Proficiency in MySQL is required.
Knowledge of HTML or other web application development technologies is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Provide application support, technical guidance, and consultancy on product usage to partners and resellers.
Analyze and interpret business requirements, transforming them into functional specifications for development and support teams.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Salesforce, and Customer Service teams to maintain positive partner and reseller relationships.
Work closely with Development and 2nd line support teams to troubleshoot issues, configure systems, and coordinate cutovers to live/production environments.
Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, processes, and continuous improvements.
Conduct research and analysis on similar products to identify solutions and propose ideas for future enhancements.
