
Enterprise Account Manager
We are seeking a results-driven, client-focused professional to join our Enterprise team in a combined business development, strategic account ownership, and project leadership role. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, responsible for identifying new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise projects by coordinating with internal teams, Solution Architects, partners, and principals.
Roles and Responsibilities
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, business development, or project management, preferably within IT / technology services.
Proven track record in winning and growing enterprise accounts or managing large-scale enterprise projects.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Understanding of enterprise IT, cloud, or software solutions is an advantage.
Ability to translate business needs into structured project plans and commercial proposals.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly proactive, results-oriented, and accountable for end-to-end ownership.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise business opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, managing client relationships and stakeholder alignment.
Lead end-to-end ownership of multiple enterprise projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, budget control, and risk management.
Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions, project plans, and commercial proposals with client requirements.
Prepare and present proposals, commercial offers, and business updates to clients and internal leadership.
Monitor pipeline performance, project progress, and delivery risks, escalating issues where necessary.
Build long-term client credibility by positioning as a trusted advisor and identifying value-added opportunities.
