
System Support
As an IT System Support Executive, you will provide operational and technical support for the organization’s systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, issue resolution, and data integrity. You will work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot problems, implement solutions, and support system users.
Roles and Responsibilities
Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin, for effective communication with system users.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Provide 1st and 2nd level support for IT systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, escalating unresolved problems to relevant IT or project teams.
Guide users on workarounds and proper system usage for common issues.
Perform data management tasks, including uploading, import/export, and patching.
Conduct data analysis and generate reports or statistics for management review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system updates, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
